Refund Policy
Read how refunds are reviewed for credits, duplicate charges, and technical service issues related to Photo Animate.
Effective date: March 7, 2026 We want customers to feel confident when using Photo Animate. If you believe a purchase was made in error or the service did not perform as expected, contact [email protected] and include your order details. 1. Refund window Refund requests should be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date. 2. Eligible situations Refunds may be considered for accidental duplicate purchases, technical failures that prevented reasonable use of the service, or billing issues that could not be resolved through support. 3. Non-refundable situations Refunds are generally not available for extensive credit usage, completed generations already delivered successfully, abuse of the platform, or dissatisfaction caused by unsupported inputs or unrealistic expectations that were not part of the advertised service. 4. Review process Each request is reviewed manually. We may ask for screenshots, order references, generation IDs, or a short description of the problem so we can verify the issue. 5. Processing time Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider and financial institution. 6.
